MyAnswerWiki does not issue refunds for any reason. In place of a refund policy, the service offers month-to-month cancellation. Providing notice at least 15 days before a renewal date prevents the next payment from being charged. Notice submitted within 15 days of a renewal date results in that cycle being billed, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the cycle. No automatic charges occur beyond what the subscriber has agreed to. Content that MyAnswerWiki has already published to a subscriber's site remains on that site following cancellation.
